3 medium frozen bananas
1/3 cup (50g) frozen blueberries
3-4 tablespoons coconut milk/almond milk
For the peanut butter nice cream:
3 medium frozen bananas
2-3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
3-4 tablespoons coconut milk/almond milk
For the mocha nice cream:
3 medium frozen bananas
1 tablespoon cacao powder
2 tablespoons coffee
2 tablespoons coconut milk/almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the matcha nice cream:
3 medium frozen bananas
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3-4 tablespoons coconut milk/almond milk
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut and freeze overnight 3 ripe bananas for each recipe.
2. Before using frozen bananas, let stand at room temperature for 15-20 minutes
