INGREDIENTS FOR YIELDS
  • 1/2 cup (45g) Rolled oats
  • 1/4 banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cups (70g) Yogurt of your choice
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Milk of choice
  • 1-2 tablespoons Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or any other sweetener (optional)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients in a large glass/bowl/jar and mix until combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Before serving top with crushed walnuts, banana slices and chocolate chips. This step is optional.
  4. Serve.
