450 grams (5 oz) cooked grated beetroot
150 grams (1 1/4 cups) oatmeal
1 large onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
3-4 tbsp chopped parsley
2-3 tbsp chopped basil
zest of one lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl combine together: grated beetroot, onion, olive oil, basil, parsley, lemon zest, salt, pepper, paprika and oatmeal. mix well untill all combined
