Beetroot and Oatmeal Baked Vegan Patties
Healthy, vegan and easy to make beetroot and oatmeal baked patties recipe. this vegan beetroot cutlets so healthy that you must try them.
- 450 grams (5 oz) cooked grated beetroot
- 150 grams (1 1/4 cups) oatmeal
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3-4 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2-3 tbsp chopped basil
- zest of one lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- In a large bowl combine together: grated beetroot, onion, olive oil, basil, parsley, lemon zest, salt, pepper, paprika and oatmeal. mix well untill all combined
- From the mixture form patties in the size you like.
- Spray with cooking oil a baking sheet/parchment paper.
- Put all the patties on the baking sheet
- Bake 15 min in each side at 200c/400f
