INGREDIENTS FOR YIELDS
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Almond butter
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) Maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1¾ cups (156g) Oats

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Place the oats into the blender and blend into flour. Note: You can skip this step by using store bought oat flour instead of rolled oats.
  3. Transfer oat flour into a bowl, add baking powder, salt cinnamon and mix.
  4. Add almond butter, maple syrup and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Place the dough between two parchment papers and roll into a thin rectangle.
  6. Remove the upper parchment and score the dough into rectangles as showed in the video.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
  8. Separate the cookies/crackers and enjoy!
