Another recipe of famous candy turning into healthy breakfast, and for this time; Ferrero Rocher! If you like the famous chocolate-hazelnut candy, you will love this healthy overnight oat version.

INGREDIENTS FOR YIELDS
  • 1/2 cup (45g) Rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup (70g) Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Milk of your choice
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • 2-3 tablespoons Hazelnut butter

For topping:

  • 2-3 cubes Dark chocolate
  • 1-2 tablespoons Milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Hazelnuts, crushed

DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients in a large glass/bowl/jar and mix until combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Make the topping: place dark chocolate in a small bowl, add milk and melt in the microwave. Mix until melted and smooth.
  4. Place roasted hazelnuts into a blender and blend for a few seconds.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of the chopped hazelnuts to the chocolate, mix Pour over the overnight oats and serve.
