Learn how to make easy homemade Oreo ice cream without machine. This ice cream recipe is eggless and you need only 3 ingredients and few minutes of work to make this delicious cookies and cream ice cream.

INGREDIENTS FOR YIELDS

  • 18 Oreo cookies, divided
  • 1 can (14oz/400g) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups (480ml) Heavy cream, cold

DIRECTIONS

1. Crush 14 Oreo cookies.

2. Place cold heavy cream in a large bowl, using a hand mixer, whip to stiff peaks.

3. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat on low speed until incorporated, add crushed cookies and fold.

4. Transfer into a container/dish, top with 3-4 extra crushed cookies and freeze for least 6 hours.

    No. AP cream is different from heavy cream. You can use whipping cream.

    I tried this and it is wonderful. I just could not whip the cream right. But now i have read the comments i know to do on high speed and slowly. Ill try it next time

    Hello, the ice cream turned out great and had all the right flavors though, it was a little softer than the standard ice cream and more like a soft serve. Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks. :)

    That’s what happen to the one I made. It’s not getting hard in the freezer. It’s very soft. Almost like flavored whip cream.

    Could you use coconut cream as a substitute? I have seen that coconut cream can be used as a substitute for whipping cream.

    I use coconut cream.. It doesn't whip as well as heavy whipping cream but the ice cream is delicious. Whip about 5 minutes to get a nice amount of air whipped in. Add the sweetened condensed milk (I also use coconut sweetened condensed). I have used the ice cream maker and it's great. Or just put it in a pan. The consistency is wonderful!

    Question if I have ice cream machine do I mix heavy cream sweet condensed milk and fruit in pint then freeze 24 hours without using the mixer
