Hi! I need a little more info. You were so kindly specific in the quantity of everything (I love getting grams of items like chickpeas. But how much shredded beets? 1 cup? 10cups? 50gm? 500gm? Please help a cook who is not at all creative but I'm great at following directions! Thanks so much.

Hi Janet, The exact weight doesn't really matter. you need one medium beet. 50 grams more or less will not change the result.

I made these yesterday. Hardly stay together and not much flavor. Just kinda blah. I followed exactly. Even using measuring spoons. I love beets. But this doesnt make a good burger. U need more to hold it together.
