1. In a large bowl mash banana. Add egg whites and beat until incorporated.
2. Add protein powder and beat until smooth. Add oatmeal flour and beat.
3. Heat skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking oil. Pour batter into the skillet and cook 1-2 min. flip the pancake and cook 1-2 min more.
4. Drizzle with maple syrup.
