  • 3 scoops (87g) Vanilla protein powder
  • 4 eggs L
  • 540g (19oz) Fat free cream cheese
  • 450g (15.87oz) Fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Stevia (or taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

3. Add vanilla extract and eggs (one at the time) and beat until incorporated.

4. Pour the batter into an 8-inch (20cm) baking pan lined with parchment paper.

5. Bake on 325°F (165°C) for 30 minutes. Turn oven down to 200°F (100°C) and bake for another 30-40 minutes.

6. Let cool to room temperature and then cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

    I'm in the middle of preparing this recipe, and am just freakin livid with you man. "3 scoops of protein powder". Is "scoop a freakin measurement recognized by England or the Congo? How many freakin grams, oz, whatever...for gods sakes. Now I'm gonna f-up my cheesecake b/c you assumed that all of the little plastic scoopers contained in random protein, or creatine, or hell, any substance, are all the same unit of "scoops".
