The beauty of this recipe is that you can add as much sweetener as you like, any fruit and berries that you like and make it in your way and taste.
INGREDIENTS FOR YIELDS
1 pound (450g) Plain yogurt
1/4 cup (85g) Honey/maple syrup
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Lemon zest from one lemon
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 cup (60g) Strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup (50g) Blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup (40g) Walnuts/almonds
Line the bottom of an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix yogurt, honey/maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract.
Pour yogurt mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Sprinkle desired toppings; raspberries, blueberries, nuts or other topping that you like.
