    Oreo Ice Crem:

    • 18 Oreo cookies, divided
    • 1 can (14oz/400g) Sweetened condensed milk
    • 2 cups (480ml) Heavy cream, cold

    Oreo Cheesecake Bars:

    For the crust:

    • 26 Oreo cookies
    • 1/4 cup (60g) butter, melted

    For the filling

    • 2½ cups (560g) Full Fat Cream cheese, room temperature
    • 2/3 cup (160g) Sour cream
    • 12-16 oreo cookies, crushed
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
    • 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp (175g) Sugar
    • 3 eggs, room temperature

    Oreo Truffles:

    For the truffles:

    • 24 Oreo cookies
    • 3/4 cup (170g) Cream cheese
    • 7oz (200g) Milk/Dark chocolate
    • 7oz (200g) White chocolate

    For decoration:

    • White chocolate
    • Milk/dark chocolate

Oreo Ice Crem:

1. Crush 14 Oreo cookies.

2. Place cold heavy cream in a large bowl, whip to stiff peaks.

3. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat on low speed until incorporated, add crushed cookies and fold.

4. Transfer into a container/dish, top with 3-4 extra crushed cookies and freeze for least 6 hours.

Oreo Cheesecake Bars:

1. Preheat oven to 325F (165C).

2. In a food processor or Ziploc bag crush Oreo cookies to fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined.

3. Press into 9X9-inch (22X22cm) square pan or 20X25cm rectangle pan baking lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes. Set aside while making the filling.

4. In a large bowl beat cream cheese, vanilla extract and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, beat until smooth, add heavy cream and beat until smooth. Add eggs, one at the time, beating to combine after each addition.

5. Crush or chop Oreo cookies and fold into the filling. Pour the filing over the crust. And sprinkle some crushed Oreos (optional).

6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until almost set. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Cut into squares.

Oreo Truffles:

1. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor. Crush into fine crumbs.

2. Add cream cheese and pulse until combined and smooth.

3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. Shape into 1-inch balls and freeze for 15-20 minutes.

5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20-30 second pulses or over double boiler.

6. Dip each truffle in the chocolate, transfer into a parchment paper. Sprinkle with your desired topping.

7. Let set before serving.
