INGREDIENTS FOR YIELDS
  • 3 tablespoons (36g) Chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) Milk of choice
  • 1-2 teaspoons Instant coffee
  • 1-2 tablespoons Maple syrup or any other sweetener (optional)
  • 150g Yogurt of choice
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl mix warm milk with instant coffee and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Add chia seeds, maple syrup and mix well. Cover and transfer to the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Assembly: place half of the chia pudding in the bottom of a jar or a glass, then spread about 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt, then another layer of chia pudding and another layer of yogurt.
  4. Dust with cocoa powder and serve!
