INGREDIENTS FOR YIELDS
1 cup (150g) Sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
Pinch Salt
60g Chocolate
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl stir sunflower seeds, salt and syrup maple. Mix well.
Using a cookie cutter, shape the cookies: place the cookie cutter on the tray, then spoon into the ring about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture. Press the mixture with the back of the spoon. Gently remove the cookie cutter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
Allow to cool completely.
