1/2 cup (45g) Rolled oats
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
Pinch Salt
1-2 tablespoons Maple syrup (optional)
6-8 Cherries, chopped
1/4 cup (70g) Yogurt of choice
1/2 cup (120ml) Milk of choice
Dark chocolate
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, a glass or a mason jar mix rolled oats, chia seeds, salt maple syrup, chopped cherries, yogurt and milk.
Transfer to a jar or a glass. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving grate one cube of dark chocolate on top of the oats, then add a teaspoon of yogurt and decorate with fresh cherry as you can see in the video.
