3-Ingredient Lemon Ice Cream Recipe
- 2 cups (480ml) Heavy cream
- 1 can (400g/14oz) Sweetened condensed milk
- Juice from 2-3 Lemons or 1/3 cup (80ml) – 1/2 cup (120ml) *depends on how strong lemon flavor you prefer
- Zest from 2 lemons
- In a large bowl, place cold heavy cream. Whip to stiff peaks.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon zest and whisk on low speed until combined.
- Add lemon juice and mix until combined.
- Transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Take out of freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.

ReplyI made this lemon ice cream recipe. It was delicious. Instead of using sweetened condensed milk, I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
